We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Once processed, please allow 3–7 business days for standard ground delivery.

Neue Terra ships exclusively within the continental United States.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier. If your tracking information indicates delivery but your order has not been received, please contact support@neueterra.com for assistance in filing a claim.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, Neue Terra does not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@neueterra.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
