Neue Terra operates a curated shopping experience powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service govern your rights and responsibilities when using the Services and address warranty disclaimers and liability limitations.

Product appearance may differ due to device type and settings. Neue Terra does not warrant that products will meet expectations or match online depictions. Product descriptions are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue items or limit quantities.

When you place an order, you are making a purchase offer. Neue Terra reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Orders are not accepted until confirmed. Purchases are for personal use, not commercial resale.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices may exclude taxes and shipping. You agree to provide current, accurate billing information and warrant that credit card use is authorized.

Neue Terra is not liable for shipping delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once transferred to carriers, title and risk pass to you.

All Services content — trademarks, text, images, designs — is owned by Neue Terra or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Personal, non-commercial use only is permitted. Unauthorized use of the Services may be a violation of federal and state intellectual property laws.

Third-party tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Neue Terra has no liability for your use of optional tools.

Neue Terra is not responsible for examining third-party websites or materials. You access third-party sites at your own risk. Direct complaints about third-party products to the relevant provider.

Shopify powers Neue Terra but is not responsible for sales or purchases between you and the store. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from transactions.

Personal information is governed by Neue Terra’s Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Shopify collects information to provide and improve Services. Information may be shared with third parties in other countries.

When you submit feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display such Feedback. Neue Terra has no obligation to maintain confidentiality or compensate you.

Neue Terra reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and change information or cancel orders without prior notice.

You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, harass others, transmit false information, send spam, impersonate others, or use malicious code. Specifically, you agree not to use agentic AI or automated tools without authorization. Violation may result in account termination.

Agents accessing the Services must identify themselves in HTTP requests with their name. They may not mimic human behavior, circumvent CAPTCHAs, or avoid detection measures. Agents must respond truthfully about their nature and may not bypass access restrictions.

Neue Terra may terminate access in its sole discretion without notice. Certain sections survive termination, including Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Limitation of Liability.

Information is provided for general purposes only. THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties, representations, or conditions. Neue Terra does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.

IN NO CASE SHALL NEUE TERRA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. This applies to damages from Services use or products, even if advised of the possibility.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neue Terra, Shopify, and their affiliates from losses, damages, or claims arising from your breach, violation of laws, or use of the Services.

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible, and remaining provisions remain valid.

Failure to enforce provisions does not constitute waiver. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Neue Terra, superseding prior agreements.

You may not assign or transfer your rights without written consent. Neue Terra may transfer or assign these Terms without notice to you.

These Terms are governed by federal and state courts where Neue Terra is headquartered. Both parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in such courts.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

Neue Terra reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
